- Engineering & Fabrication (EF): BCP-Group provides integrated electrical solutions from generation to distribution, including panels, switchgears, transformers, busduct, PCR/E-House, and solar systems. We deliver reliable and efficient power solutions for industries, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
- Electrical Integration System (EIS): A comprehensive system that connects power generation, transformers, switchgears, and distribution networks with control, protection, and monitoring systems. Power from the generator is transmitted through step-up and step-down transformers, then distributed to MV/LV switchgears with the support of busducts, VFDs, and static switches to ensure efficiency and reliability. The system is managed and monitored through Control Relay Panels, PCR/E-House, and SCADA, while UPS and DC systems provide continuous and uninterrupted operation.
- Electrical Distribution Components (EDC): Consist of high-quality products from leading global and local brands such as Eaton, BCP, GEIS, AEG, Pilot, Kacon, Rockwell Automation, Enerlux Power, and ZIV, which together provide reliable, safe, and efficient solutions for power distribution. These components cover a wide range of functions including protection, control, automation, and smart grid technology, ensuring that electrical systems operate with high performance and meet the demands of modern industries.
- Retrofit & Retrofilling (RR): Solutions provide the ability to upgrade and modernize existing electrical systems without the need for full replacement. This includes R&R Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), R&R MCC Modules, R&R Busduct, and R&R Protection Relays, ensuring improved safety, reliability, and performance of legacy equipment. In addition, the system offers the capability to integrate new switchgear with existing switchgear, enabling seamless expansion, extended asset life, and cost-effective modernization for continuous and efficient operations.
- Job Order (JO): Provides customized fabrication and manufacturing solutions tailored to specific client requirements. Services include precision sheet metal processing such as laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, gasketing, and powder coating, delivering high-quality and durable results. Product applications include electrical enclosures/boxes, shelters, PCR (Pre-Fabricated Control Room), 19-inch racks, warehouse racks, and other customized metal structures to meet diverse industrial needs.
- Services & Maintenance (SM): Is designed to ensure electrical system reliability by restoring performance, minimizing disruptions, extending equipment lifetime, and optimizing maintenance costs. The services include Preventive Maintenance through routine inspections, cleaning, and replacement of worn parts; Corrective Maintenance for rapid recovery after failures; Predictive Maintenance to anticipate potential damage and reduce unexpected downtime; and Recommendations for Improvement with condition reports, technical evaluations, and advice on whether to repair, replace, or upgrade equipment.
